孤立十字宝架
至羞辱至苦痛记号
在此真神爱子，
为众罪人钉死
这十架为我最爱至宝

Zài gè gè tā shānshàng，
Gūlì shízì bǎo jià
Zhì xiūrù zhì kǔtòng jìhào
Zài cǐ zhēnshén ài zǐ，
Wèi zhòng zuìrén dīng sǐ
Zhè shí jià wèi wǒ zuì ài zhìbǎo

On a hill far away
stood an old rugged cross
The emblem of suff’ring and shame
And I love that old cross
where the dearest and best
For a world of lost sinners was slain

故我高声称颂主十架
直到在主台前见父面
我一生要背负主十架
十字架可换公义冠冕

Gùwǒ gāo shēng chēngsòng zhǔ shí jià
Zhídào zài zhǔ tái qián jiàn fù miàn
Wǒ yīshēng yào bèifù zhǔ shí jià
Shízìjià kě huàn gōng yì guānmiǎn

So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross
Till my trophies at last I lay down
I will cling to the old rugged cross
And exchange it some day for a crown

虽然有人藐视
于我却是真神仁慈
神子耶稣基督，
甘离天堂荣华
在此十字架被人钉死

Gè gè tā zhī shí jià，
Suīrán yǒurén miǎoshì
Yú wǒ què shì zhēnshén réncí
Shénzi yēsū jīdū，
Gān lí tiāntáng rónghuá
Zài cǐ shízìjià bèi rén dīng sǐ

Oh, that old rugged cross
so despised by the world
Has a wondrous attraction for me
For the dear Lamb of God
left His Glory above
To bear it to dark Calvary

虽然满有血迹
我仍然以此架为圣
因在此宝架上，
我救主舍生命
洗我众罪并使我成圣

Gè gè tā zhī shí jià，
Suīrán mǎn yǒu xiějī
Wǒ réngrán yǐ cǐ jià wèi shèng
Yīn zài cǐ bǎo jià shàng，
Wǒ jiù zhǔ shě shēngmìng
Xǐ wǒ zhòng zuì bìng shǐ wǒ chéng shèng

In the old rugged cross
stained with blood so divine
A wondrous beauty I see
For twas on that old cross
Jesus suffered and died
To pardon and sanctify me

这十架永存，
我愿忠心随主
甘愿背负十字宝架
不日救主再临，
迎接我众升天
永远享福乐荣归天家

Zhè shí jià yǒngcún，
Wǒ yuàn zhōngxīn suí zhǔ
Gānyuàn bèifù shízì bǎo jià
Bù rì jiù zhǔ zài lín，
Yíngjiē wǒ zhòng shēngtiān
Yǒngyuǎn xiǎngfú lè róngguī tiān jiā

To the old rugged cross
I will ever be true
Its shame and reproach gladly bear
Then He’ll call me some day
to my home far away
Where His glory forever I’ll share
