Mewe Subject Villain

Meet Step Skipper
Step Skipper is the mischievous villain in Mewe stories about mathematics. This troublemaker jumps straight to an answer and hides the steps needed to explain it. Whenever the companions begin exploring, the villain tries to steer them away from the question with this trick.
The villain represents a behavior that can be recognized and changed. Prism never treats a child as bad for making a mistake; the story invites everyone to identify the problem and try a better approach.
The Trick
Step Skipper jumps straight to an answer and hides the steps needed to explain it.
How the Hero Responds
Prism, Mewe Girl, and Mewe Boy draw or use objects, show the reasoning, and check it another way. The villain can also drop the trick and join the exploration.
Story Challenge
Imagine Step Skipper using this trick. What question would you ask first? Use an example or a small activity to uncover the problem, then invent an ending that lets everyone cooperate again.
