Scene 1 – Gods Call

Narrator: God called Abram to leave his home and travel to Canaan. God promised to make him the father of a great nation.

God: Abram, go to the land I will show you.

Abram: I will obey You, Lord.

Lot: We will travel together.

Sarah: We trust Gods promise.

Scene 2 – A New Name

Narrator: God later changed Abrams name to Abraham and Sarais name to Sarah.

God: Abraham, you will be the father of many nations.

Abraham: Thank You, Lord.

Sarah: We believe Your promise.

Narrator: Many years later, God gave them a son named Isaac.

Isaac: I am glad to be part of Gods family.

Scene 3 – The Test

Narrator: One day, God tested Abrahams faith.

God: Abraham, take Isaac to Mount Moriah and offer him to Me.

Abraham: I do not understand, but I trust You.

Isaac: Father, I will go with you.

Sarah: May God guide you both.

Scene 4 – Climbing the Mountain

(Isaac carries sticks.)

Isaac: Father, we have the wood and fire. Where is the sacrifice?

Abraham: God Himself will provide the sacrifice.

Isaac: Then I will trust Him too.

Narrator: Together they climbed the mountain.

Scene 5 – God Provides

(Cardboard altar is placed on stage.)

Narrator: Abraham built an altar and prepared to obey God.

Angel: Abraham! Stop! Do not harm the boy.

Abraham: Lord, thank You!

Angel: Now I know that you trust God completely.

Isaac: God has saved me.

Narrator: Abraham saw a ram caught in the bushes.

Abraham: God has provided the sacrifice.

Scene 6 – Gods Blessing

God: Abraham, because you obeyed Me, I will bless your descendants.

Abraham: I praise You, Lord.

Sarah: God always keeps His promises.

Isaac: I will trust Him too.
