Zechariah: I will pray in the temple.

Scene 2 – Zechariah at the Altar

Narrator: Zechariah entered the temple to burn incense.

Zechariah: Lord, send Your promised One.

Angel Gabriel: Do not be afraid!

Zechariah: An angel!

Scene 3 – The Message

Angel Gabriel: Your wife will have a son.

Zechariah: But we are old!

Angel Gabriel: His name will be John.

Elizabeth: God has heard us!
