Scene 1 – Two Brothers
Narrator: Adam and Eve had two sons named Cain and Abel. Cain became a farmer. Abel became a shepherd.
Adam: Work hard and honor God.
Cain: I will grow crops.
Abel: I will care for sheep.
Eve: Remember to love God and each other.

Scene 2 – Offerings to God
Narrator: One day, both brothers brought offerings to God.
Cain: I bring some crops from my field.
Abel: I bring the best lamb from my flock.
God: Abel, your offering pleases Me.
Abel: Thank You, Lord.
Narrator: God was pleased with Abels offering, but Cain became angry and jealous.

Scene 3 – Jealousy Grows
Cain: Why was my offering not accepted like Abels?
God: Cain, do what is right. Do not let anger control you.
Cain: I am still angry.
Abel: Brother, let us trust God.
Cain: Come with me to the field.

Scene 4 – A Terrible Choice
Narrator: Cain took Abel into the field. There, Cain made a terrible choice.
Abel: Why are you upset, Cain?
Cain: I am jealous of you!
Narrator: Cain attacked Abel and killed him.
(Abel slowly sits down.)

God: Cain, where is your brother Abel?
Cain: I do not know. Am I my brothers keeper?
God: You are lying. I know what happened.
Cain: I have sinned.
God: You will become a wanderer on the earth.
Cain: My punishment is very hard.

Scene 6 – Hope for the Future
Narrator: Later, Adam and Eve had another son named Seth.
Adam: God has blessed us again.
Eve: We thank God for His kindness.
God: Follow Me and do what is right.
Narrator: Many people in Seths family trusted and worshiped God.
