Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand with Five Loaves and Two Fish

Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand with Five Loaves and Two Fish

Jesus and His disciples were tired after a long day and went to a quiet place to rest. However, a large crowd followed them.

As evening came, the disciples suggested sending the people away to buy food. Jesus instead asked them to feed the crowd. They were shocked because there were about five thousand men plus families.

Andrew found a boy who had five small loaves and two fish. Jesus told the disciples to organize the people into groups.

Jesus took the food, gave thanks to God, and began distributing it through the disciples. Everyone ate until they were satisfied, and there were even leftovers collected in baskets.
