In the deep blue sea, there lived a little seahorse named Sir Lancelot. He had a shiny silver shell and a tiny red cape that his mother made from seaweed. Sir Lancelot loved to watch the dolphins dive and dreamt of riding a sea-queen ship. He imagined himself riding a big sea horse, wearing armor made of shells. Every day, he waved his tiny tail in the current and whispered, "One day, I will be a knight!"

One sunny morning, Sir Lancelot swam to the coral reef and met a wise octopus named Octor. Octor had seen fishermen and ships in the far waters. He told Sir Lancelot that to become a knight, he needed a sword, a shield, and bravery. Octor offered him a polished piece of sand as a mock sword and a pearl as a shield. Sir Lancelot thanked him and felt the wind in his fins.

But the sea was crowded with playful fish who scoffed at his plans. "A seahorse can’t be a knight," they laughed. Sir Lancelot swam away, heart ached, but he remembered Octor’s words. He practiced with the sand sword, swimming circles and keeping his back straight. He also practiced the "Shield Guard" dance with the pearl. The little seahorse was determined to prove them wrong.

Suddenly, a storm blew across the ocean, turning calm waters into a turbulent whirlpool. Sir Lancelot found a tiny crab that had lost its shell in the swirl. He swooped down and offered a piece of his red cape to cover the crab. The crab was grateful and said, "Thank you, Sir Lancelot. If you help others, you will become a true knight." The words gave Sir Lancelot new courage.

With the storm’s fury gone, the sea glimmered like a polished shield. Sir Lancelot rallied the sea creatures for a big parade. He led them back to the reef, showing his sword and pearl shield. "Feel the bravery of a knight," he shouted. The fish, sea turtles, and even the shy octopus all cheered. Sir Lancelot had become a knight in the eyes of everyone.

From that day on, Sir Lancelot kept helping lost shells and rescuing small fish. He kept his tiny red cape, his sand sword, and his pearl shield. The sea kingdom celebrated him as the first knight of the ocean. And whenever a young sea animal dreamed of adventure, Sir Lancelot would say, "Bravery first, then the rest." The end.
