The Girl Who Helps the Lost Puppy
Finding the Puppy
When Sarah was walking home from school, she heard a faint whimper.
She followed the sound to a corner of the park.
A tiny puppy with golden fur was stuck in a bush.
Sarah gently pulled the puppy out.
The puppy wagged its tail happily, as if saying thank you.
At the Park
Sarah brought the puppy to the park where she had seen squirrels and bright flowers.
She carried the little dog on her shoulders, feeling warm and proud.
Some children saw her and clapped, encouraging her to keep caring.
She gave the puppy a small bowl of water.
The puppy drank eagerly, licking Sarah’s hand.
Searching for a Name
Sarah thought about names: Buddy, Max, or Fluffy?
She asked her friends if they knew the puppy’s name.
No one could recognize it.
Sarah decided to call him "Pip" because it sounded playful.
Pip wagged his tail faster, enjoying the new name.
Visiting the Vet
Sarah took Pip to the local clinic.
The vet checked his ears, paws, and tail.

Sarah promised to give him the collar and take him home.
Finding the Owner
Using a flyer Sarah posted in the park, she asked people if they saw a lost puppy.
A woman stopped and said, "Yes! That’s my dog!"
She gave Sarah a big hug.
The woman thanked Sarah for her kindness.
They all felt happy at the reunion.
A New Friendship
After the reunion, Sarah said goodbye to Pip.
Pip happily wagged his tail as he ran back to his home.
Sarah promised to visit him every week from now on.
She learned that helping others brings joy.
