Fiona loved watching the stars. Every night, she would lie on her backyard lawn and look up. The sky glittered like a blanket of diamonds. Her favorite stars were the brightest ones. She dreamed of traveling among them someday.

One rainy afternoon, Fiona found an old telescope in her attic. She cleaned it with a soft cloth. The lens glowed when the sun hit it. She set it up in the garden. Her eyes widened with excitement.

At night, the telescope revealed the Orion constellation. It looked like a hunter with a belt. Fiona traced Orion’s shape with her finger. She learned that Orion is one of the most famous stars. She felt proud to know its name.

Suddenly, a faint glow appeared above the horizon. A gentle hum filled the air. A friendly alien named Zora floated into the garden. Zora had a silver spaceship shaped like a comet. She introduced herself with a warm smile.

Zora showed Fiona how stars are born from clouds of gas. She explained that they shine bright and then fade away. Together, they counted tiny meteors. Fiona asked if Mars could be visited. Zora promised to visit Earth next summer.

When morning came, Fiona packed her telescope into a box. She drew pictures of Orion and Zora in a notebook. She decided to write a storybook for her classmates. Her little book would have six pages of star‑adventures. She fell asleep dreaming of her next night sky trip.

Good night, star‑seekers!
