Whiskers lived in a cozy town where everybody knew each other.

The town’s square was always full of friendly faces and bright flowers.

Whiskers loved to curl on the warm patches of stone and listen to the chatter of the townsfolk.

One sunny morning, Whiskers heard the mayor’s announcement about a new job opening.

A flock of birds chirped from the trees, as if cheering on the new hero.

Whiskers began to think of a campaign slogan: “Paws for a Better Town.”

The children cheered, and the adults nodded approvingly.
