Liam loved drawing more than anything.
One day, he drew a smiling blue cat on his paper with his favorite pencil.
But when he finished, the cat blinked!
Liam gasped as the cat stretched and leapt off the page.
The magical pencil shimmered in his hand, as if proud of what it had done.
Liam decided to name the cat Scribble, because it came from his scribbles.

At first, Scribble was fun—jumping on the table, chasing crayons, and meowing in colorful sparks.
But when Liam’s mom entered the room, Scribble panicked and dashed out the open window.
Liam ran outside, shouting for it to come back, but the cat was too fast.
His heart sank as he realized his drawing was lost somewhere in the real world.

Liam grabbed his sketchbook and began searching around the neighborhood.
He drew pictures of food and fish, hoping Scribble would smell them.
He even drew a tiny map showing where he thought Scribble might go.
Neighbors smiled kindly, though none believed his story about a runaway drawing.
Still, Liam didn’t give up—he knew Scribble was out there, waiting for him.

Meanwhile, Scribble was having the time of its life.
It ran through parks, left colorful pawprints on benches, and even scared a few pigeons with its bright blue glow.
But soon Scribble began to feel lonely.
The world was big, noisy, and not made of paper.
It missed the cozy pages and the hand that had drawn it with love.

That night, Liam sat by the window, holding his pencil tightly.
He whispered, 'Please come home, Scribble.'
Suddenly, a soft blue glow appeared on the floor.
Scribble jumped into Liam’s lap and purred.
Liam hugged it and promised never to draw without care again.
From that day on, Scribble stayed in his sketchbook—alive, but happy to belong.
