Curiosity guided them as they followed the trail of bright leaves. When they reached the willow tree, the branches whispered ancient secrets. The children felt a warm tug toward the shimmering water.
Chapter 2 – The Glowing Rapids
Beyond the willow, the air smelled of fresh rain and pine. The path became a narrow stream of glassy water. Suddenly, the river sparkled with rainbow colors. Ella and Milo giggled as they watched fishes that reflected the stars. They knew this river must be something magical.
Chapter 3 – The Friendly Sprite
At the heart of the river, a tiny sprite fluttered by. She wore a cloak of moss and smiled at the children. "I have been waiting," she sang softly. She told them about the River of Wishes that grants dreams if you listen carefully. The children promised to keep the secret safe.
