A gentle adventure about a curious child who discovers that the wind can talk.

Lily was walking beside the river when a breeze whispered, 'Follow me.' The wind guided her to a hidden path in the woods. Along the path, the trees rustled with excitement. Lily felt a new sense of curiosity. She decided to step carefully into the forest.

At the heart of the woods stood a tall willow, its branches swaying like hands. The willow said, 'I have seen many seasons, young one.' Lily asked about the seasons. The tree explained how leaves change from green to gold. The child listened, learning about nature.

Soon, Lily met a squirrel who could chatter in a playful way. The squirrel told her about the hidden acorn stash. Lily invited the squirrel to share a snack. They laughed as the squirrel bounced down a tree trunk. Together, they explored the forest deeper.

Beyond a curtain of vines, they found a clearing. In the center, a stone circle glowed softly. The wind sang a song there, inviting them to dream. Lily imagined a sky full of stars. She thanked the wind for showing her wonders.

When the sun fell low, Lily knew it was time to leave. The willow waved goodbye, and the squirrel trotted ahead. The wind smelled of pine and promise. Lily promised she would return next weekend. She hurried home, excited to share her stories.

Back in her kitchen, Lily told her family about the talk of trees and the friendly squirrel. They listened with wide eyes. The family decided to plant an oak tree by the house. Lily dreamed of watching it grow. She fell asleep with a heart full of stories.
