A gentle story about a turtle who loves keeping his shell neat.

Tommy, the tiny turtle, woke up to the chirping of morning birds. He stretched his little legs and felt the warm sunshine on his shell. Tommy loved to start his day by humming a happy tune. He decided to invite his best friend, the bright blue fish, to play in the pond. The fish splashed around with joy, and both friends promised to keep their home tidy.

When the sun climbed higher, Tommy and the fish went to the meadow. They collected fallen leaves and bright petals. Tommy gathered them in his shell, making a small pile. He counted each leaf, feeling proud of order. The fish fluttered by, adding a splash of color.

Later, a sudden wind blew and scattered shells across the meadow. Tommy's shell was covered in twigs and crumbs. He tried to pick them up with his webbed feet. But the tangled mess made him feel heavy. His friend, a gentle hedgehog, saw the mess and offered help.

Hedgehog used his sharp spines to brush away the grime. Together, they smoothed the shell and made it sparkle. Tommy counted the clean spots: first, second, third, and a whole new fourth. The meadow glimmered with a tidy glow. All friends cheered for Tommy's clean shell.

The following day, Tommy organized a tiny parade. He invited all friends to showcase their tidy homes. The fish showed its polished pond. Hedgehog displayed a tidy burrow. Everyone admired the cleanliness and the joy that came from order.

At sunset, Tommy reflected on his day. He realized that tidying made life more peaceful and joyful. He thanked his friends for their help and promised to keep his shell neat each morning. The friends all wished Tommy a clean, happy tomorrow. And so, the tale of the tidy turtle ends with a bright, shining shell and a smiling friends circle.
